Simon Tisman (above) and Ed Rhodes (below) are both licensed real estate brokers and members of the Board of REALTORS. They have a combined 30+ years experience in real estate and property management. They personally own rental properties as well as manage properties for their clients and know how to navigate the challenges that may arise during the leasing process.

 

Before partnering with Ed to launch WNC Property Management, Simon managed multi-million dollar projects at a fortune 500 company for over a decade. He holds a degree in International Business from Georgetown University and enjoys biking and hiking with his wife, three sons, and their dog Scooby.

 

Ed holds a degree in Business from Catawba College where he was the captain of both the baseball and basketball teams. He’s an avid golfer and the proud father of three daughters and seven grandchildren.
