Thank you for reaching out. We have been reflecting on your feedback over the last couple of days, and it has been a learning experience.

 

While we can honestly say that we never intended to add to anyone’s difficulties in this challenging time, we now understand just how much we missed the mark with asking for that much rent prepayment. 

 

We know this is a rough time - we’re feeling it too. We love this community and all of the people who make it a special place to live.
